Australia’s leading hydrogen companies to attend World Hydrogen Summit 2024
Australian hydrogen is poised to play a leading role in the global emerging hydrogen energy market, and Austrade is helping businesses that are leading the charge.
The Australian Trade and Investment Commission is facilitating an Australian Delegation at the 2024 World Hydrogen Summit and Exhibition in Rotterdam, the Netherlands, from May 12 to May 15, 2024.
The 2024 World Hydrogen Summit, recognized as one of the largest global conferences focusing on hydrogen, will mark its fifth iteration in 2024, attracting around 15,000 attendees, including 2,000 delegates and 350+ speakers.
Austrade, in collaboration with state governments and industry partners, aims to make the 2024 Australian Delegation a prominent presence at WHS.
Participation in the delegation was open to project owners seeking investment and offtake agreements for green hydrogen, providers of industry-ready technology and services in the hydrogen supply chain, as well as researchers, academics, and key stakeholders in the hydrogen sector seeking contacts, partnerships, and insights.
As a result, over 45 Australian companies will be on show at Australia Stand C68 at the World Hydrogen Summit (WHS), in Rotterdam Ahoy, the Netherlands from 13 to 15 May 2024.
To aid facilitation during the Summit, Austrade has developed a directory to promote Australian hydrogen capabilities. The directory showcases projects, businesses, research institutions and government agencies involved in Australia's movement toward a hydrogen-centric economy.
