Have you got your ticket for the 2024 Hunter New Energy Symposium?
An exciting list of speakers and topics have been confirmed for the February program, with more to come.
The 2024 Hunter New Energy Symposium program is taking shape. Confirmed topics have been published on the Symposium website, and additional speakers and topics will be added to the agenda over the coming weeks.
We are also pleased to announce that the German-Australian Chamber of Industry and Commerce has joined as a Supporting Partner for the Symposium. We are excited to be hosting a contingent from the Chamber in the Hunter, including Florence Lindhaus, Head of Hydrogen, Cluster Manager – Energy, and Head of Melbourne Office for the Chamber, who will be participating in a Fireside Chat on Day One discussing "Cluster Models for Industry Growth in the New Energy Economy".
Also joining the Symposium as a supporting partner is the NSW Decarbonisation Innovation Hub. The Hub will be co-hosting the "Research and Development" breakout session on Day One of the Symposium alongside The University of Newcastle's Newcastle Institute for Energy and Resources (NIER). Speakers for this session will be announced shortly.
Day Two's "Fast Tracking Impact" breakout session will also be hosted by the Trailblazer for Recycling and Clean Energy collaboration between the Commonwealth Government, industry, UNSW Sydney, and the University of Newcastle. Again, speakers for this session will be announced shortly.
Sponsorship packages are almost exhausted; however, exhibition spaces remain available for organisations looking to get involved in the Symposium. Download the prospectus for details.
A reminder that ticket sales will close Friday, February 16th so book now to avoid disappointment - this was a sold-out event in 2023.
