Join the Australian delegation at the 2024 World Hydrogen Summit and Exhibition
The Australian Trade and Investment Commission has extended an invitation to join their Australian Delegation at the 2024 World Hydrogen Summit and Exhibition in Rotterdam, the Netherlands, from May 12 to May 15, 2024.
The 2024 World Hydrogen Summit, recognized as one of the largest global conferences focusing on hydrogen, will mark its fifth iteration in 2024, attracting around 15,000 attendees, including 2,000 delegates and 350+ speakers.
A convergence of government, industry, and research leaders, this event will cover critical topics such as decarbonizing hard-to-abate sectors, renewable hydrogen production, financing hydrogen projects, sustainable mobility and transport, electrolyser development, alternative hydrogen carriers, standardization, certification, regulations, low-carbon hydrogen production, carbon capture, storage, transportation, distribution, global hydrogen supply chains, and realizing offtake agreements and demand for hydrogen.
Austrade, in collaboration with state governments and industry partners, aims to make the 2024 Australian Delegation a prominent presence at WHS. The delegation will feature an expansive 'Australia Stand' on the exhibition floor, serving as a hub for networking and meetings. This platform will display Australia's progress towards a hydrogen-centric economy and offer opportunities for companies to secure individual spaces on the stand to enhance business activities and exposure.
Participation in the delegation is open to project owners seeking investment and offtake agreements for green hydrogen, providers of industry-ready technology and services in the hydrogen supply chain, as well as researchers, academics, and key stakeholders in the hydrogen sector seeking contacts, partnerships, and insights.
The benefits of joining the Australian Delegation include gaining exposure within the Australian national narrative at Europe's premier hydrogen conference, leveraging Austrade's extensive networks for commercial engagement, and enjoying a 20% discount on WHS conference tickets. Austrade will also organize and fund the Australia stand, develop a directory to promote Australian capabilities, and lead marketing campaigns to build awareness of participants' solutions.
Additionally, Austrade offers additional market support for visits to various European markets post-WHS, with targeted programs in the UK, Sweden, France, Spain, Poland, and Germany. Participants will be responsible for their travel arrangements, and delegate packages come with specific costs outlined by Austrade.
