July NewH2 Knowledge Exchange to look at evolution of the green workforce
Join us for our second NewH2 Knowledge Exchange for 2024, with speakers Adam Bacon from Bloom Energy, Nick Couper, COO with HunterNet Career Connections and Dr James Whelan, Secretary of Climate Action Newcastle.
July's NewH2 Knowledge Exchange event will be centered on the transition to clean energy and the evolving skills required to support it.
Discussions will highlight efforts to update apprenticeships and job incentives for sustainability. Insights will be shared on regional clean energy competitiveness and technology deployment. Overall, there will be a clear emphasis on collaboration and innovation to prepare for a greener future across governmental, industrial, and community sectors.
