GlobH2E Summer School

Join UNSW Engineering at the forefront of decarbonisation innovation

Nov globeh2

Discover how cutting-edge catalysis is driving energy efficiency, reducing emissions, and enabling clean energy solutions. The inaugural GlobH2E Summer School focusing on catalysis characterisation aims to equip participants with a comprehensive understanding of system design and advanced characterisation techniques applicable to P2X technologies, identify key challenges in the development of P2X tech and promote innovation for a sustainable future.

PROGRAM

Participants will attend a mix of lectures and hands on tutorials, case studies and guided social networking event. Participants will have the opportunity to learn from international experts in the field, develop in depth technical understanding on catalyst characterisation techniques and a broad appreciation of the techno-economical opportunities associated with energy conversion.

Topics Include:

  • Catalysis (Photocatalysis, Thermal Catalysis, Photoelectrocatalysis, Photothermal Catalysis, Electrocatalysis and Plasma Catalysis)
  • Reactor and System Design
  • In-situ Characterisation (XAS, Soft XAS, FTIR, etc)
  • Operando Characterisation
  • Techno-economic analysis from lab to scale

TICKETS

Registration is required for every participant. Please read the cancellation policy on our website before you purchase tickets.
