Austrade and HunterNet Cooperative - India METS and Energy roundtable.

Come along to hear and discuss India export opportunities in the METS and energy sectors. Geeta Patra, Austrade India Business Development Manager is visiting the region and will provide a presentation on India opportunities followed by a roundtable discussion.

Austrade is seeing broad METS interest, including:

- Quality and quantity in-motion measurement,
- Safety & risk assessment, and
- Environmental technologies

There are currently around 40 Australian METS suppliers with a presence in India. There is a strong existing METS customer base in India, with around 25 established large and medium mining and metals companies, and 25 large and medium mining equipment companies.

For the energy sector, renewables and clean energy technologies are growing in demand. Green hydrogen and energy storage solutions are particular areas of interest.
