International market consultation on the 1st H2Global tender
The German Federal Ministry for Economic Affairs and Climate Action are looking to develop as precise as possible an understanding of the short-term potential availability of and demand for green hydrogen and green PtX products.
If it is to cover its future demand for green hydrogen and green PtX products, Germany will have to import a substantial proportion of its overall needs. The Federal Ministry for Economic Affairs and Climate Action will implement the H2Global funding concept from 2022 in order to ramp up the imports more quickly. As the first auctions are designed, it is necessary to have as precise as possible an understanding of the short-term potential availability of and demand for green PtX products.
To this end, the Federal Ministry for Economic Affairs and Climate Action is holding an international consultation of market players.
